I made my first guitar in 1960, I am fanatical about materials the time of year, phases of the moon and humidity, I build free in the traditional Spanish method.

Music has always been a driving passion; I am a teacher a player and a maker, it has been my good fortune to study and play guitars of most of the great makers. I have experimented with all kinds of wood, glues, bracing patterns, tone bars, synthetics, acoustics and many other elements concerning the Guitar and its construction.

It was while working in Paris in the 1960s that I came under the influence Of Robert Bouchets beautiful instruments, the simplicity of his working Methods an inspiration, I still follow those methods today.
